These sessions will focus on your progress with diet and lifestyle changes. Questions will be answered and progress will be assessed. With each nutrition coaching session, you will be closer to your ultimate goal. We will also make a commitment at the end of each nutrition session as to what behavior changes will occur, and accountability will be kept. Blueprints, guides and recipes will be based on your needs and our discussions together.

These sessions will focus on how essential oils can help to treat a specific problem or issue at hand. Will discuss various ways to use them, and how to create the space for healing using targeted oil therapy.

In this 4-hour private session with Nicole, you will gain the tools you need in order to prepare, FRESH and easy breakfast and lunch options that will keep you fueled all week long.
In this VIP session with Nicole you will discover which nutrients you are deficient in, moderately depleted and which are in optimal range. You will also be provided with specific recommendations based upon your personalized result.

This test measures how your body reacts to the foods you eat and pinpoints the foods that support healthy body chemistry and those that are toxic to you. As your body reacts differently to each and every food, the food you eat each day will enhance proper body chemistry, or disrupt the correct balance. Even nutritious foods you eat (like corn, soy, egg whites, green pepper, whey, or chicken, for example) may actually act like a poison in your body.
