Protein “Muffins”

Ingredients
1 lb ground lean turkey meat
1 large bag organic frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
Chopped veggies of choice (I like peppers & mushrooms) (Sautéed)
1 large container of egg whites

Directions
Brown turkey meat seasoning with favorite spices till cooked. You can also add the chopped veggies with the meat and cook everything together. Add the drained spinach and mix everything together. Spray muffin pans with nonstick spray. Add meat/ vegetable mixture till almost full. Pour in egg whites to almost the top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until set. Feel free to design your own mixtures of meats & veggies! Great for a meal or even as snacks!
